Bimi‘s’ Production Lines
Bimi has three production lines, which can produce up to 6,000pcs of POS Systems, 2,000pcs of Self-checkouts, 3,000 pcs of Cash Registers, and 5,000pcs of Price Checkers per month.
More than a dozen aging test shelves, which can put more than 300 machines for aging test at a time. Even though we need to test each machine on a 72-hour aging test, we can still deliver the goods to customers on time.
Point of Sales System (POS) Production Line
Our own mould design drawing for the Point of Sales System. In total, we have 30+ Patent designs. Some of the Bimi Touch Screen POS Systems use ABS plastic materials, some use aluminum alloy or metal sheet.

Annual capacity: 25000pcs.

Self-Checkout Kiosk (SCO) Production Line
All of the self-checkout kiosks you buy from Bimi use metal sheet material as the main material.

Bimi has rich experience in big projects for some famous groups that own chain hypermarkets, requiring us to make a new mould of Supermarket Self-Checkout, which can only be sold to them for their self-service cashier area.
Price Checkers Production Line
Whether it is a 5-inch, 7-inch, or 10.1-inch Price Verifiers, you can find them well in the Bimi factory.

AI POS Scales Production Line
As we all know, AI technology is becoming more and more important and popular in our lives.
Therefore, according to the needs of the market, the Bimi team has made different styles of AI barcode printing weight scales to facilitate customers to use them in different application places, such as fresh supermarkets, fruit stores, etc. Same as AI POS.
