Strict QC Testing on Bimi POS System, SCO, KDS & Price Checker.

All of Bimi products must go through full & strict QC testing step by step.

Pr-assembly quality testing: including Seavo motherboard, BOE Display, and Touch Screen.
During assembly: Besides parts that need to be tested again, still parts that need to be tested like MSR, and every machine needs to be put into the Constant Temperature Test Device before aging testing. Drop Testing & Vibration Testing are always used by Bimi POS System manufacturers.
After assembly: 72 hours of aging testing (Not like some factories, which just do around 24 hours)

This testing includes all, such as all motherboard ports like USB, LAN, POE, Power Button, Touch Screen, Second Display, RAM, and SSD, and finally, we will set it to Extended Desktop Mode if the machine has two displays so that the customer can use it easily.
